In Memoriam
Founding member, and past President of Outpatient Outfitters, Tom Hoffman passed away suddenly on May 25, 2020. Tom was an accomplished attorney in his 36 year career. He worked for 25 years at Wells Fargo & Company. Since 2013, Tom was a Partner at Lindquist & Vennum, Fox Rothschild LLP, and Barnes & Thornburg LLP, before retiring in 2019. Tom dearly loved his wife, children, grandsons, siblings, and his many extended family and friends. Tom was outgoing and witty, always with a great story or pun to tell. Everyone he met was instantly a friend. Tom’s passion for helping others is one of the primary reasons for Outpatient Outfitters’ existence. He will be missed by his friends and family, but his legacy continues to live on through his many kind acts.

Mike Cavallaro
Mike Cavallaro is the President of Outpatient Outfitters, and one of its founding members. He is a partner in the Minneapolis office of Barnes & Thornburg, LLP practicing in banking law.
Vice President
Gary Kanwischer
Gary Kanwischer is one of the four founding members of Outpatient Outfitters and currently serves as Vice President. Gary is Vice President and Senior Counsel in the Legal Department of Wells Fargo & Company.
Treasurer
Bill Wassweiler
Bill Wassweiler is Treasurer of Outpatient Outfitters. He is a partner in the Minneapolis office of Ballard Spahr LLP. Bill is the former treasurer of Ampersand Families (a Mn non-profit agency focused on placing older foster children with permanent families).

Sheri Ahl
Sheri Ahl is a member at large of Outpatient Outfitters. She is an Executive Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of TCF National Bank.
Avery Bredice
Avery Bredice is a member at large of Outpatient Outfitters. She is a non-profit professional, with a passion to serve the less fortunate and homeless in our community.
John Dockry
John Dockry is is a member at large of Outpatient Outfitters. He is Vice President and Senior Counsel in the Legal Department of Wells Fargo & Company.
Rachelle Graham
Rachelle Graham is a member at large and one of the four founding members of Outpatient Outfitters. Rachelle is retired from Wells Fargo & Company as the Assistant Corporate Secretary.
Chris Hoffman

Kimberly Leppanen
Kimberly Leppanen is a member at large of Outpatient Outfitters. She is a Vice President of Wells Fargo & Company.
Tim Pillar
Tim Pillar is a member at large of Outpatient Outfitters, and has experience serving the homeless in multiple communities. He is a Senior Vice President within the corporate trust group of U.S. Bank National Association.
Jaqueline Wilson
Jacqueline Wilson is a member at large of Outpatient Outfitters. She is Vice President and Senior Corporate Counsel at U.S. Bank National Association. She also volunteers with VLN Housing Court, the Children’s Law Center and Habitat for Humanity.
